Warranty repairs are completed within a maximum of 30 working days, as additional time may be required for accurate diagnosis of the fault and delivery of the spare parts necessary to complete the repair.
If we are unable to complete the warranty repair within 30 days, we will refund in full the amount initially paid for the repair.
A repair may take longer than 30 days only if you have explicitly agreed to the extended repair period.
2. Repairs
First, we diagnose the fault. We then inform you of the estimated repair cost. Work begins only after we receive your approval.
We never start a repair without your approval of the repair price!
3. Information and Data
We are not responsible for installed software, user files or system settings.
When performing a repair, we will preserve your files whenever possible, but only if you explicitly request that we do so.
4. Warranty
• 6-month warranty on all completed repairs
• When a component is replaced, the manufacturer's warranty applies (24–60 months)
• Installed software and games are not covered by warranty, as websites or USB drives containing viruses may require the software to be reinstalled.
Do not visit unknown websites or install software from untrusted sources.
